Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives.  Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts: 7am–2pm | 2pm–9pm | 9pm-7am (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement: Contracted staff are required to work a variety of shifts, which would include some weekend working

Contract: Part-time and full-time contracts available

What You’ll Be Doing

Join our well-established, warm and welcoming extra care services supporting individuals in their own homes (independent living).  Thise service features individual flats in one location, each with an en-suite bathroom and shared communal living areas, library and activity room where laughter and connection can thrive.

In extra care, no two days are the same! You’ll be supporting individuals with:

  • Daily living activities, including personal care (if you have experience using hoists and mobility aids, that’s a bonus!)
  • Supporting with hobbies/activities/community involvement as agreed with the Local Authority
  • Light cleaning and meal support
