Job Details

This is far from a typical role. You’ll be part of a Complex Care Service supporting adults with autism and complex behaviours, where individuals may experience high levels of anxiety or distress and rely on consistent, structured support to feel safe and secure.

You’ll join a skilled, close-knit team that works together, staying calm under pressure while bringing energy, humour and creativity to every shift. If you thrive in a role where no two days are the same, where teamwork is essential, and where your contribution has a real and lasting impact, this is an opportunity to make a genuine difference.

You will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, working closely with speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and clinical psychologists to deliver consistent, person-centred support.

You will need basic IT and literacy skills, alongside a positive attitude and a clear commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

This is a role for people who are confident, resilient, and able to respond effectively in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
