Harmony Projects are currently seeking new community Home Care Support Workers to join our team in various areas such as Huddersfield, Halifax, Wakefield, York, Leeds, Crewe, Macclesfield, Luton and Essex with excellent rates of pay. No Sponsorship but this position is ideally for 20hours or preferably dependants for full-time job.

Home Care Support worker Requirements:

• Must be a driver and have access to a car
• Good Communication skills
• Be friendly and supportive towards vulnerable people
• Preferable for candidates to have care experience
• Be reliable and flexible.
• Show initiative and the ability to perform under pressure

Home Care Support worker Benefits:

What the role of the Home Care Support Worker Involves:

• Personal care, medication assistance, food & drink preparation, domestic assistance, promotion of independence and dignity.
