Driving Required: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential

About this role
As a Care Assistant, you will support people in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.
Your role will include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Assisting with meals and medication prompts.
- Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home.
- Building meaningful relationships with the people you support.

Pay Structure
Weekdays: £13.70 per hour
Weekends: £14.20 per hour
Bank Holidays: £20.55 per hour
Work Patterns
We offer flexible patterns including:
Morning: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Evening: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Flexible shifts available (mornings, evenings, weekends)
Optional waking or sleeping night shifts available
We can work with you to find a pattern that suits your availability.

What we’re looking for

You will need:
- A caring and patient approach.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to build trusting relationships.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- To live in or near Cheltenham.
- The legal right to work in the UK in accordance with your individual circumstances and visa conditions (where applicable).
- Availability for morning, evening and/or weekend shifts.
- Previous care experience is welcomed, but not essential. Experience supporting a family member or loved one is also valuable.
