Working closely with the Communications and Colleague Engagement teams, you will develop and deliver a proactive internal communications strategy that supports organisational change and strengthens understanding of the Museum’s work.

This is a newly created role with a significant opportunity to shape and establish internal communications across the Museum. You will play a critical role in supporting colleagues through a period of transformation, including the Masterplan and corporate strategy, while improving communications channels, governance and leadership engagement across a workforce of around 2,500 colleagues.

You have experience supporting organisational change, managing communications channels and delivering leadership communications.

As we look towards this exciting future, we remain guided by the words of our founder Hans Sloane, who dreamed of a museum connecting all arts and sciences, which would be accessible to everyone, everywhere.
