We’re looking for Bank Support Workers to join our amazing teams in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

No two days will be the same supporting people to achieve their very best. You will have a varied array of tasks whilst on shift; everything from cooking & cleaning, taking part in activities and games, managing challenging behaviours and even putting your feet up watching TV with the people you are supporting. We aim to create a positive, relaxed home environment where the people we support feel safe, supported & listened to. You will be supported and guided by senior staff members to establish appropriate boundaries, manage behaviours effectively and nurture the people we support towards positive futures.

Hours:

Bank hours available. 0 hour contract.

This is a 24-hour service 7 days a week, so flexibility is required.

You will be required to do sleep-ins.

Wolverton, Milton Keynes.

About you:

• Have genuine empathy for the people we support, with the positivity, patience, and resilience to support them through difficult times.
• Enjoy teamwork and take pride in getting a job done well alongside your colleagues.
• Have excellent face to face communication skills and a good standard of literacy.
• Have good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
