Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Community Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals within their homes. This role involves delivering personalized care to enhance the quality of life for seniors and individuals with specific health needs. Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Provide specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive impairments
- Support with medication administration and management according to care plans
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Offer emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being
- Document care provided accurately and report any concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
- Prior experience desirable but not essential.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication skills and a caring attitude towards clients of all ages, including children when applicable
- Ability to handle behavioral challenges with patience and professionalism
- Physical fitness to perform caregiving tasks that may involve bending, lifting, or standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed within the community care setting
