Marcus Rashford had no doubt between Lamine Yamal and Ousmane Dembele to win the Ballon d’Or

Marcus Rashford did not waste time tackling his new Barcelona teammates after completing his MANCHESTER United loan move.

Rashford has been frozen in Manchester United since the end of 2024, spending the second half of last season to Aston Villa before sealing his dream in Barcelona this week. Barça will cover all Rashford wages for the loan throughout the season, with an option to buy it at the end of the campaign for as little as 26 million pounds sterling.

Rashford praised Yamal, saying that he plays at one level that no other teenager has never produced. “It is difficult to put words because it is not supposed to do it at 16, 17 years old,” he said. “He plays at the highest level at 16. I don’t think we’ve seen it.”

When he was asked if he would like to play alongside Yamal, perhaps knowing that the Barcelona movement was a possibility, Rashford said at the time: “Yes, that’s for sure. Everyone in the world wants to play with the best, you know. So, I hope we will see.”
