Job Description and Goals or Objectives: The position is Project Manager, and your shift time will vary depending on the programs assigned for the day shift. Job duties will consist of managing assigned clients’ projects and communication. Setting up and completing clients’ goals on schedule with quality results. This position is a remote position. A laptop or computer access is always required.
National Research and Polling Group, a national polling firm, has an immediate need for a talented Associate Project Manager with experience in the political call center environment. As an Associate Project Manager, you are an equal parts planner, problem solver, analytical thinker, client relationship builder, and Juggler. You will be working closely with call center teams and clients to deliver programs on time and on the budget without compromising quality. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Maintain, track, and update project status and resources.
- Communicate with many employees at all levels of the organization.
- Inspire and motivate supervisors and team members to achieve and surpass performance targets
- Meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results, and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
- Professionally communicate with clients at all times
- Manage medium to large and complex projects (typically multiple projects in parallel), with direct accountability for project schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
- Ensuring project change requests are properly identified, analyzed, implemented, and documented so all members of the team understand them.
- Work with call center managers to determine the structure of project teams, identify resources required, and staff projects appropriately.
- Manage call center performance through the monitoring of queues and agent assignments.
Skills & Experience
- High school diploma/GED required
- 3+ years experience in a customer service role, call-center experience a plus
- Political call center experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
- Availability for varied hours, including weekends
- Experience with script and call/workflow creations is a plus
- Experience with client-facing, senior, and executive-level management communications, and formal presentation delivery.
- Deep experience with project management software and related tools, including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom is strongly preferred.
