We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team in a fully remote, work-from-home position. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong organisational mindset and proficient computer skills to support daily administrative operations from a home-based workspace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks efficiently, supporting team communication, and maintaining accurate digital records. Prior office or remote administrative experience and familiarity with essential software tools are highly valued in this role

Duties

  • Manage incoming calls and emails with professional communication etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
  • Organise and maintain digital filing systems, ensuring accurate record keeping and easy document retrieval
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Quick
  • BooksAssist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
  • Support invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping
  • Handle general administrative duties such as document preparation, online ordering, and updating records
  • Maintain an organised digital workspace to ensure efficient workflow while working remotely
  • Collaborate with team members via online communication tools to streamline procedures and improve workflow

Experience

  • Proven administrative or office experience, preferably in a remote or home-based role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively while working independently
  • Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette
  • Familiarity with clerical procedures and basic bookkeeping practices
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new digital tools, remote systems, and online collaboration platforms
