Alex Iwobi “banned” to use Snapchat while Fulham fans convinced that he had disclosed a major announcement

Fulham star Alex Iwobi was invited not to use the Snapchat social media platform after the fans spotted a major announcement.

In recent seasons, the former star of Arsenal and Everton Iwobi gave Fulham fans a taste of being in and around the team.

The Nigerian international often shares videos from the team’s locker room during training and match days.

However, the 29 -year -old recently brought the social to share the news that his Snapchat stories behind the scenes will stop after being told by the club’s media team.

Iwobi said in a video: “For those who wonder why I slammed BT in the locker room, there is a person in the media team who said that I did not capture good things. So there are no more BTS.

“They also said that I could be sentenced to a fine if I continue to do so.”

He added: “They try to ban Snap in our locker room.

“It’s a shame, guy. I know you like to see what my teammates look like behind the scenes, but I have to respect the rules.”

By reacting in the comments section, fans were categorical that the “ban” of Snapchat d’Iwobi may have accidentally “flee” the renewal of Tom Cairney.

Earlier in the month, it was confirmed that Captain Cairney had signed a new one year contract, after being linked to a move to Wrexham.

Cairney said: “I am happy to sign for another year in this incredible football club. I’m delighted. It’s great. It feels good. He has always been at home.

“I have fully appreciated the last three years in the Premier League, contributing to and out of the field, and I just want to help take this club as far as possible. I will always try to do it.”

Reacting to Iwobi’s video, a fan said: “Apparently, he disclosed Tom Cairney resigning.”

Another tweeted A screenshot of the history of Snapchat d’Iwobi earlier in the month and wrote: “The name of Tom Cairney is still in the locker room on the training ground. Via Alex Iwobi Snapchat Story.”

A third fan added: “He was fleeing announcements on his snapshot, if he kept that, he would run away the tactics afterwards.”

However, it must be said that there is no concrete evidence that Iwobi “ has disclosed ” anything on his Snapchat stories and that it is purely fans who speculate.
