Arsenal has signed three new players this summer and many more new ones are expected before the transfer window is closed, with Noni Madueke almost joining Chelsea

Madueke gets closer
Noni Madueke should become the new signature of Arsenal, with the Athletic Reporting that Chelsea has given him permission to return to the United Kingdom for a medical.
