Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you will act as the voice of the company, helping customers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner
- Calmly de-escalate challenging situations and provide effective solutions
- Escalate issues when necessary and appropriate
- Assist with requests for support and payment processing, when applicable
- Accurately document all customer interactions for auditing and reporting
- Provide feedback on call trends and recurring issues
- Upsell products or services when required
- Deliver a consistently positive customer experience

Qualifications
We’re looking for motivated, solution-oriented individuals who are committed to delivering excellent service.
- Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to type 25 words per minute or more
- Comfortable using Windows-based desktop systems
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including varying hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- College degree (preferred but not required)
