Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you will act as the voice of the company, helping customers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

 

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely manner
  • Calmly de-escalate challenging situations and provide effective solutions
  • Escalate issues when necessary and appropriate
  • Assist with requests for support and payment processing, when applicable
  • Accurately document all customer interactions for auditing and reporting
  • Provide feedback on call trends and recurring issues
  • Upsell products or services when required
  • Deliver a consistently positive customer experience

Qualifications

We’re looking for motivated, solution-oriented individuals who are committed to delivering excellent service.

 

  • Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute or more
  • Comfortable using Windows-based desktop systems
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including varying hours

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service and/or sales experience
  • College degree (preferred but not required)

  • Minimum 4GB RAM
  • Wired Ethernet LAN connection (no Wi-Fi, satellite, VPN, or mobile hotspots)

  • Internet speed:
    • Download: 15 Mbps or higher
    • Upload: 5 Mbps or higher
    •  Ping under 50ms, no packet loss

  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean, quiet, and confidential workspace
