Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Engagement representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional client support, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong multilingual abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer service environments such as call centers. This is an entry-level position focused on building a solid pipeline for our senior account managers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for setting appointments and confirming metals sales through structured, scripted communication. As you master the scripts and our procedures, your responsibilities will expand to include full-cycle customer service tasks.

 

Duties

  • Customer Outreach: Manage daily inbound calls of existing customers and transfers to other team members.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Take inbound calls/coordinate and manage calendars for the after-care team
  • Script Adherence: Utilize specific scripts to confirm metals sales from a customer back to Augusta.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all calls in/out, customer details, and appointment notes in our CRM system.
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with the aftercare teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing customer needs efficiently.
  • Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings.
  • Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating client information.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer feedback and issue reports to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure consistent client support.

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is advantageous.
  • Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a client-focused setting. Pay: $22.09 – $26.60 per hour
