Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Relations Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, responding to enquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with clients.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is well organised, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

Provide information about our products and services

Prepare and send quotations to customers

Follow up with customers regarding quotations

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries in our system

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth communication with clients

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English

Turkish language skills would be an advantage

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Basic computer skills

A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with customers

Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
