This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, responding efficiently to inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Communicate with customers in a conversational and professional manner
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using established protocols
• Schedule appointments and navigate multiple EHR and CRM systems
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage and support customers

• Proven customer support or client service experience
• Strong phone handling skills, including call control and active listening

Preferred Qualifications

• One year or more of high-volume contact center experience
• Experience with chat and email support in a customer service environment
