Duties
Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
Manage customer accounts with accurate data entry and record keeping.
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints efficiently.
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organisational policies, products, and services to provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement.
Skills
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual ability is highly desirable).
Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanour when interacting with customers.
Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail.
Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or familiarity with upselling techniques to promote relevant products or services.
