Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll accurately input patient information into Sharecare’s internal systems and client Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data protection.

Essential Functions

• Enter and update patient data accurately
• Access and navigate multiple EMR platforms
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA policies
• Collaborate with team members for process improvements
• Provide professional communication with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective time management and deadline meeting
• Quick learning of programs and processes
