Egalizer last step sees Hacken’s progress in the Europa League qualifications

The BK Hacken of Sweden progressed from the first qualification round of the UEFA Europa League thanks to a goal from the late John Dembe obtained a 2-2 draw in the second stage and a 3-2 victory on Aggregate on Spartak Trnava.

Severin Nioule’s goal just after the hour in Slovakia last week had been the difference manufacturer during the first leg, and Hacken seemed ready for a more comfortable night 13 minutes later, when Patrick Nwadike of visitors committed a fault in the penalty box.

Simon Gustafson was not 12 meters away to give the winners of Svenska Cuten the head of the night and an overall advantage of 2-0.

But with his back on the wall, Trnava began to create opportunities – Michal Tomic, Cedric Badolo and Martin Mikovic all got closer before the break, and Etrit Berisha in the hacked goal preserved the advance.

20 minutes after the break, the goal that the Slovak side deserved finally achieved, and this time, there was nothing that Berisha could do when the Roman’s free kick had flown over him to level the return match at 1-1.

Eight minutes of time, they were at the tie – Julius Lindberg had entered a mustache to adjust the tie, Only for Trnava to descend the other end and sends Giorgi Gissrapishvili, and he was not mistaken in dismissing Berisha.

Few late opportunities meant that both parties were preparing for an additional 30 minutes, but Dembe had other ideas. In the 96th minute, the corner of Gustafson wreaked havoc in the Trnava box, and Dembe jumped to level the second step and send Hacken, 3-2 to aggregate.

There was still time for Silas Andersen to receive a second yellow card, but Hacken had done the job and will go to the second qualification round, where they will face the Belgian giants Anderlecht.
