We are hiring a dependable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our credit repair, tax, financial, and legal document services business. This is a remote position ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable using digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Assist with credit repair disputes and documentation
- Create flyers and marketing materials using Canva
- Create and edit videos for promotions and social media
- Maintain and organize client files and records
- Manage and update social media accounts
- Provide general administrative support
- Use tools like ChatGPT to assist with content and communication
Requirements
- Strong technical and computer skills
- Experience with Canva and basic design
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- Knowledge of credit repair dispute processes (preferred)
- Ability to edit videos
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable internet connection
- Must have access to WhatsApp for communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in credit repair, tax, or financial/legal services
- Social media management experience
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
