Fans of Liverpool and Newcastle quickly reacted after hearing what Eddie Howe said about the future of Alexander Isak at the club on Saturday.
Isak, 25, has been strongly linked to a potential move to Liverpool for several days, while Al Hilal has also expressed his interest in the Swedish international.
And just when Newcastle fans thought they were out of the hook, while the Reds were growing on their pursuit of Eintracht Francfurt, Hugo Ekitike, appeared that Isak was excluded from the Magpies team before his 4-0 defeat against Celtic in Glasgow, in Scotland on Saturday.
However, the first reports suggest that this was due to the management of its minutes and not linked to its future at the club.
Of course, we then asked Howe why Jelinton and Isak were not included in his match team for the Celtic game, and his response excited some fans of Liverpool.
“Both (Jelinton and Isak) are in good shape but not ready to play,” said Howwe to the journalist Mark Douglas.

“Alex trained and is fine, but we didn’t want to take the risk with him.”
He added: “It is difficult for me to give 100% clarity on any player. Alex is happy in Newcastle, he loves players, staff and the team. I am convinced that he will be here at the start of the season.”
Then another set of quotes emerged via Keith Downey of Sky Sports.
“It was my decision,” said Howe. “He (Isak) returned to Glasgow with us, but I decided to send him home because of speculation around him. The last thing he wanted is to sit in the stand, it was not just for him. But I am convinced that he will be a Newcastle player at the end of the window.”
And fans of Liverpool have not lost time giving their opinion on the position of the Newcastle head coach.
One of them said, “I am unfortunately wound.”
Another added: “I must then be something in rumors.”
A third party said: “I may read more than I should, but it seems to me to be unstable.”

Meanwhile, some Newcastle fans were not satisfied with the way Howe spoke on Saturday.
One of them said: “So his head (from Isak) was turned then. Off of your pop, you don’t want to play for us, don’t worry.”
Another said: “Yes, it does not seem completely true. It is a very typical Howwe answer to an uncomfortable media question. Speculation or not, you are not returned to your home for speculation. There are speculations all year round. I don’t know what’s going on now.”
While a third party exclaimed: “The bizarre decision, Isak would surely have been better in the game with 10,000 fans of Newcastle singing its name.
