The meeting between United and PSV is launched at 12:00 p.m. local time, which means a kick -off of 11:00 am.
The decision is due to Hammarby welcoming the two games of each tournament round in its stadium on the same day.
If United has lost against PSV and entering third place for a place for the Europa Cup place, it would also be a kick -off of 12:00 p.m.
On the decision, the UEFA said: “The launching hours for the mini-tournoi matches are set by the reception club in coordination with their national association and in accordance with the competition regulations.
“In this case, Hammarby is responsible for planning lighting.
“As the two games will take place at the main stadium in Hammarby, the club has provided enough time between matches to meet the logistical requirements, including the possibility of additional time and penalty shootings.”
