Nicolas Jackson’s Bayern Munich loan withdraws, optimism will be agreed

The move of Nicolas Jackson’s loan to Bayern Munich of Chelsea is back and there is an optimism that an agreement will be agreed after blocked on Saturday.

Chelsea had granted Jackson the authorization to travel for a medical. However, they informed Bayern on Saturday that they would not continue this agreement following the injury to Liam Delap in their victory over Fulham earlier in the day.

Jackson stayed in Munich after flying to finish his move, with a loan including the obligation to buy now under negotiation.

The decision concerning Jackson was made after Chelsea opened talks with Sunderland about Marc Guiu’s reminder of his own season.

Head coach Enzo Maresca estimated after the match that Delap would have spent up to eight weeks with a right-wing problem problem. Athletics Then Chelsea planned to sign an attacker if Jackson had to leave permanently, and later that they were in talks to recall Guiu de Sunderland.

After the summer arrivals of Delap and Joao Pedro, Jackson expected to leave Chelsea in recent weeks and has been excluded from the teams for their Premier League opening matches – although he was suspended for the stiffness of curtain against Crystal Palace. Chelsea, however, had maintained the Senegalese training with the first team rather than making it train far from the main group with players who are in surplus to the requirements, such as Raheem Sterling and Ben Chilwell.

Jackson joined Chelsea from Villarreal in the summer of 2023 and recorded 30 goals and 12 assists for the West London Club in 81 games. The last mandate, he scored 13 goals in 37 games in all competitions, in the midst of a hamstring injury halfway through the campaign. The end of his season was tainted by the controversy, however, because he received straight red cards in the third first League match of Chelsea, against Newcastle United, then five games later against Flamengo during their club club campaign.

Bayern spent the last days of this year’s summer transfer window to rush for a rescue center.

The chance to sign Nick Woltemade was and disappeared, Stuttgart having rejected three distinct offers and that the 23 -year -old then joined Newcastle United. Chelsea Christopher Nkunku signed for AC Milan. Now, they have turned to Jackson – the attacker fell in disgrace to Chelsea and, from the outside, must seem a curious option for the German champions.

Jackson gets a difficult press. The conversion and discipline of chance were problems for him, and undoubtedly contributed to his fall in consideration, but 24 goals during his two premier League seasons so far – in addition to the respectable data of the ball and the creation of chance – is not a meager contribution.

But Bayern is in a difficult position, which helps to explain the depth of the pool in which they fish.

They need urgent coverage for Harry Kane, their star striker. Luis Diaz’s new signature played like a fake new to Liverpool in the past, but a Kane injury would leave the manager Vincent Kompany without a single central advantage in his senior team.
