WayLink Systems Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our roadway data analysis operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and managing large volumes of survey and image-based data collected from field systems. Your work will directly support our transportation infrastructure analysis tools used by public agencies and private clients.
This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, ideal for individuals who excel at focus, accuracy, and working independently.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately input and update roadway survey data into internal databases
Review images and sensor outputs for quality and consistency
Tag and categorize roadway defects or features based on set criteria
Identify and correct data inconsistencies or anomalies
Collaborate with field and software teams to ensure data integrity
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong computer literacy — comfortable with spreadsheets, databases, and basic file systems
Ability to focus for extended periods and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, secure home work environment
