No luck for Leeds: Igor Peaceao de Feyenoord who is preparing to join Olympique Marseille

Leeds United should fail to sign the Feyenoord Igor Paix winger after the side of Rotterdam and Olympique Marseille concluded an agreement on the transfer of the Brazilian.
Fabrizio Romano and several other transfer experts reported on Monday that an agreement was “in place” for Paixao, who concluded a personal agreement with Marseille before Leeds United joined the race last week.
After the negotiations between Feyenoord and Marseille in a standstill, the new arrivals of the Premier League, Leeds United, hoped to divert the agreement with an improved offer on that of Olympique Marseille, which would be around 29 million euros. Marseille, however, improved their offer and persuaded Feyenoord to conclude an agreement with them instead.
Peaceao, 25, who will sign a five -year contract in France, now seems ready to leave Feyenoord three years after joining the Rotterdam team in Coritiba in his Natal Brazil. In 129 games for the Giants of Rotterdam, Paixaa scored 39 goals and provided 23 assists.
