The Old Orchard family are recruiting!

The Old Orchard is a picturesque 5-bedroom bungalow situated in the large village of Radcliffe-on-Trent, overlooking the River Trent! We support adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities with associated sensory needs to live the life they love!

The individuals we support here at The Old Orchard love all things cooking, we’re often found in the kitchen cooking up a storm and making all sorts of culinary delights! We love meeting up with friends from other services and spending time out at the local coffee shops and parks. We love getting stuck into arts and crafts, and love kicking back and relaxing whilst watching an in house show! The local area also has lots of lovely countryside to explore and small shops, cafes and pubs to socialise in too!

  • Health and Lifestyle: Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs. 
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records. 
  • Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration. 
  • Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
