Full job description

A global leader in media and entertainment is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to generate data for the ServiceNow system, focusing on CMDB and data modeling.

Employment Type: Temporary

Compensation: £435 daily (PAYE)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to generate data for ServiceNow system
• Extract data from systems and spreadsheets
• Map data into templates and validate against existing data
• Conduct independent research on equipment model data
• Support mapping of CMDB data to other ServiceNow elements
• Collaborate with Service Management team for data upload and accessibility

Essential Requirements

• Experience with data modeling in ServiceNow (CSDM)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Advanced data modeling and analysis skills
• Experience with complex system data updates

Ideal Requirements

• ServiceNow certified BA
• Understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes
• Knowledge of broadcast and media technology
• Experience with technical asset audits
