• Average Handle Time: not more than 3 minutes per call
• Minimum outbound calls per day: 30
• Minimum inbound calls per day: 45
• Attendance: no more than 2 % absences in a rolling 12‑month period (doctor’s note required for any absence)
• Availability: must be ready to take calls for at least 45 % of the workday
• Call Observations: must score at least 70 % on quality and communication style assessments
