Overview

Rowdy Girl Sanctuary is looking for someone who preferably knows our story and feels connected to our mission. This role supports 3–4 email campaigns a week, starting with a Google Doc draft and ending with a polished Mailchimp e-blast.

Responsibilities:

• Draft email campaigns in Google Docs.
• Build approved campaigns in Mailchimp.
• Insert images, CTAs, links, and ensure mobile formatting.
• Keep lists organized with some segmenting required.
• Review scheduled emails for accuracy.
• Share quick notes on performance.

Ideal Person:

• Mailchimp experience (basic/intermediate).
• Strong with Google Docs.
• Preferably familiar with the Rowdy Girl Sanctuary story and tone.
• Organized, reliable, detail-focused.
• Passionate about animal rights and vegan values.
• Time Commitment: 8–12 hours/week
