Position Overview: Operations Assistant
BHW is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our expanding company. This fully remote position works closely with leadership and multiple internal departments to ensure smooth workflows, accurate documentation, and effective cross-team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Operations Assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative and operational support to multiple departments, including HR, billing, and clinical teams.
- Assist with tracking key operational metrics, documentation, and project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital records across various platforms and systems.
- Support various internal processes for team members.
- Coordinate scheduling, communications, and internal reporting as needed.
- Help streamline workflows and identify operational efficiency opportunities.
- Assist with auditing internal data and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Support leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.
- Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and external partners

Qualifications (Requirements)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (Not Compulsory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, operations, or office support (healthcare or ABA experience a plus) (Not Compulsory)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information professionally
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely in a collaborative environment
