AWeber is seeking an exceptional communicator who loves building and nurturing relationships with creators and small business owners. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will help customers understand how AWeber’s marketing features support their unique needs—positively impacting seasoned marketers and beginners alike.
Your role involves supporting customers across multiple channels, troubleshooting issues, educating on best practices, and collaborating with internal teams to continually improve the customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support via livechat, email, phone, and social media.
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver product education.
- Share marketing best practices to empower customer success.
- Work variable days, including some weekends (schedule provided at least a month in advance).
- Collaborate on special projects and cross-department initiatives.
- Proactively educate customers and advocate for enhancements in product and CS processes.
- Suggest new features based on customer needs.
- Inspire customers and teammates through your dedication to customer success.

- Ability to work the Second Shift (1 PM–10 PM EST) and variable days including some weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building customer relationships.
- Initiative to proactively educate customers and advocate for improvements.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across teams.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as social media, landing pages, or email platforms (a strong plus).
