Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to Executives involved in business leadership, digital media, social impact, and global speaking initiatives. This role demands strong organizational skills, adaptability, and comfort working in fast-paced, creative, and mission-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities (Training included)
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars and schedule international meetings.
- Prepare agendas, briefs, summaries, and follow-up documents.
- Handle confidential communication and maintain timely responses.
- Coordinate with the executive team to streamline workflows.
Creative & Multimedia Support
- Edit videos for social media, online TV, promotions, and educational materials.
- Assist with graphic design needs, including presentations, event graphics, and branding assets.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality digital deliverables.
Podcast & Online TV Management
- Support production of podcast episodes and virtual TV segments.
- Coordinate guest scheduling, scripts, topic outlines, and recording logistics.
- Manage uploads, distribution, and basic audio/video editing.
- Organize media libraries and content archives.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist in organizing virtual events, webinars, workshops, and conferences.
- Coordinate outreach, speaker communication, and event agendas.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.
- Support creation of promotional materials related to events.
Global Collaboration
- Work effectively across U.S., U.K., European, African, and Asian time zones.
- Coordinate with global partners, volunteers, and interns.
- Ensure timely reminders, task tracking, and follow-up for executive initiatives.

Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Rush, or iMovie.
- Familiarity with podcast platforms (Spotify, Anchor, Buzzsprout).
- Knowledge of virtual streaming tools (Zoom, StreamYard, OBS).
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savviness and quick learning capability.
Preferred (Bonus)
- Social media or content planning experience.
- Media production or event hosting background.
- Nonprofit or EdTech exposure.
- Project management abilities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field. (Advantage)
- 1–3 years of experience supporting an executive or leadership role.
