The Opportunity
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within the UK while collaborating with a dynamic, high-performing global leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries and provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team across multiple time zones (AU, EU, UK)
- Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of GBST and the CEO
- Organise meetings, events, travel, and accommodation logistics
- Lead the production of Board packs and supplementary papers
- Assist with agendas, minutes, reports, and internal communications
- Manage the CEO’s inbox, prioritise urgent matters, and follow up on actions
- Organise monthly team social events
- Support the wider team as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local statutory requirements

Requirements (About You)
- Significant experience in senior administration, executive assistant, or office management roles
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and take initiative
- Professional and confidential handling of sensitive information
- Numerate, with the ability to create and maintain business data
