The Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within the UK while collaborating with a dynamic, high-performing global leadership team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries and provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Team across multiple time zones (AU, EU, UK)
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of GBST and the CEO
  • Organise meetings, events, travel, and accommodation logistics
  • Lead the production of Board packs and supplementary papers
  • Assist with agendas, minutes, reports, and internal communications
  • Manage the CEO’s inbox, prioritise urgent matters, and follow up on actions
  • Organise monthly team social events
  • Support the wider team as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local statutory requirements

Requirements (About You)

  • Significant experience in senior administration, executive assistant, or office management roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and take initiative
  • Professional and confidential handling of sensitive information
  • Numerate, with the ability to create and maintain business data
