About the Role

We’re working with a growing organization in the health and wellness space to add Client Support & Relationship Representatives to their remote team. This role focuses on supporting individuals and business clients who have already expressed interest in the company’s services, helping them understand available options and ensuring a positive, consistent experience.

You’ll spend your time in one-on-one conversations, answering questions, providing guidance, and helping clients navigate next steps in a clear and supportive way.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with clients through scheduled calls, follow-ups, and inbound inquiries
• Answer questions and explain services in a clear, approachable manner
• Maintain ongoing relationships by understanding client needs and preferences
• Help clients understand available services based on their goals
• Accurately document interactions and updates in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth client experience

• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with clients regularly
• Experience in customer service, client support, account coordination, or similar roles
• Ability to explain information clearly and professionally
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working remotely
