Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
• Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues and offering solutions tailored to client needs
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients, promote products or services, and gather feedback
• Manage data entry tasks accurately within company databases and CRM systems
• Assist with sales efforts by identifying opportunities and engaging potential clients
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Support client services by addressing concerns, processing transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively for documentation and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve departmental goals

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, call center operations, or sales is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with data entry, Microsoft Office applications, and basic computer skills
• Ability to handle outbound calling efficiently while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
• Strong analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases
