Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including:
- Customer Service
- CAS Consulting
- Education & Coaching
- Events
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and deadlines across teams
- Prepare, edit, and format professional business materials, including:
- PowerPoint presentations
- Client surveys
- Reports and internal documentation
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates and standardized documentation
- Manage, analyze, and format data in Excel, including:
- Advanced formulas
- Pivot tables
- Data cleanup for system imports
- Assist with client communications and prepare client-facing documents
- Serve as primary coverage for inbound and outbound customer communications, including:
- Phone
- Website chat
- Email and other communication channels
- Support cross-functional projects and collaboration
- Learn and adopt new tools, systems, and technologies as introduced
- Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality in all work
- Create, manage, and maintain SOPs and process documentation
- Work within Monday.com to:
- Assist with the creation of boards and workspaces
- Support SOP management
- Provide administrative and systems support
- Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
- Excel: Advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables, and data management
- PowerPoint: Presentation creation and template development
- Word: Advanced formatting and document review tools
- Strong technology literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Required Experience
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Experience with task or project management software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite
