Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year

Location: Remote

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across multiple departments, including:
  • Customer Service
  • CAS Consulting
  • Education & Coaching
  • Events
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and deadlines across teams
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional business materials, including:
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Client surveys
  • Reports and internal documentation
  • Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates and standardized documentation
  • Manage, analyze, and format data in Excel, including:
  • Advanced formulas
  • Pivot tables
  • Data cleanup for system imports
  • Assist with client communications and prepare client-facing documents
  • Serve as primary coverage for inbound and outbound customer communications, including:
  • Phone
  • Website chat
  • Email and other communication channels
  • Support cross-functional projects and collaboration
  • Learn and adopt new tools, systems, and technologies as introduced
  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and confidentiality in all work
  • Create, manage, and maintain SOPs and process documentation
  • Work within Monday.com to:
  • Assist with the creation of boards and workspaces
  • Support SOP management
  • Provide administrative and systems support
  • Perform additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

 

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including:
  • Excel: Advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), pivot tables, and data management
  • PowerPoint: Presentation creation and template development
  • Word: Advanced formatting and document review tools
  • Strong technology literacy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

 

Required Experience

  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Experience with task or project management software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite

  • HubSpot
  • Monday.com
  • Cvent
  • Paralegal or legal administrative background, particularly experience with documentation, compliance, or process-heavy environments
