Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools with precision and attention to detail
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and organize meetings for staff and executives
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
  • Support office management functions such as supply ordering, proofreading documents, and maintaining office equipment

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities
  • Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience with office management tasks such as filing systems, calendar management, and data entry
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping or financial recordkeeping is a plus (Not compulsory)
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette skills and customer service excellence in previous roles
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client and staff communication
