Please note: Due to the personal care requirements of this role , we are currently recruiting female carers only.
A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
£14.24 per hour (This rate includes payment for 5.6 weeks’ holiday, including 8 bank holidays.)

At Leading Care Lancashire, we are looking for caring and empathetic Female Care Assistants to support our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Whether you have previous care experience or are completely new to the sector, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in helping our clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting clients to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
- Assisting with personal care, including medication support, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Helping with everyday tasks such as shopping, light household duties, and attending social activities.
- Following individual care plans and communicating effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Encouraging independence and promoting overall wellbeing through a positive and supportive approach.

- A minimum age of 18 years
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
