About the Role

We are delighted to announce that we have a Skilled Worker Sponsorship Licence for Health and Social Care.

We are looking to recruit Care Assistants who live in our local areas of Windsor, Maidenhead and Slough who already work in Domiciliary Care (door to door care in the Community) Would you like to work locally to where you live?

What are we looking for?

YOU MUST: HAVE A CAR AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE – this is door to door community care.
Full International or UK Drivers Licence Business Insurance
Duties: -Provide direct care and support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities.
Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Help with meal preparation and feeding.
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up living spaces.
Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members.
Knowledge of basic caregiving principles and techniques.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanour.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
