Job Summary

We are looking for compassionate and experienced Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes.

Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant care experience
• Full UK driving licence – essential
• Own car – essential
• Good spoken and written English
• Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
• Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living
• Assist with medication, meals and mobility where required
• Support clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
• Maintain accurate electronic care records
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and professionals
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and company procedures
