Job Title: Customer Service Representative .

Salary: ₦50,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, calls, and email
  • Take and confirm customer orders, share payment details, and update delivery status
  • Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed
  • Track orders using provided sheets/app and ensure timely follow-up
  • Collect customer feedback and report common issues to the team
  • Maintain a polite, helpful tone that reflects the Cinnamona brand
  • Work with dispatch/logistics to resolve delivery delays
  • Update customers on new products, promos, or stock availability

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; clear written and spoken communication
  • Own a smartphone with reliable internet and WhatsApp access
  • Available online during agreed work hours Monday–Saturday
  • Fast typing, good attention to detail, and organized
  • Patient, friendly, and able to stay calm with difficult customers
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be reachable by phone and able to work remotely without supervision

Work Hours

Monday to Saturday. Exact shift time to be agreed. Must be responsive during business hours.

Salary ₦50,000 per month.
