We are a very friendly business selling medical equipment to dogs all over the UK. Our customers are lovely, usually looking for product advice so you will find the job very rewarding.
Role
We are looking for a friendly and calm individual who would like to work with us. You must be able to work independently and be confident, you will be solely managing things. You will help customers get the right products, provide information, help with their order status and similar. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage all the daily tasks of a customer service role.
- 4 evenings a week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Work from home
- 5pm – 9pm each evening

Key Responsibilities
- Look after our email inbox and website chat box
- Learn our products and advice on the best for each customer
- Feedback comments from customers on where we should improve / issues
- Respond promptly to customers and in a professional manner
- Help with extra jobs – such as writing for the website, finding new products
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational skills (both online and offline)
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Experience in customer service, reception desk work or similar
