Contract: Rota shifts across 3 weeks between Monday and Friday.
Shift patterns and working hours will be confirmed prior to assignment.
Flexibility is required, as shifts may vary based on business needs. You will only be paid for the hours worked.

This is a predominantly telephony and email based role, ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, empathetic listeners, and able to handle sensitive queries with professionalism and care.
What you’ll be doing
Handling inbound calls from individuals affected by a data-related incident.
Using a structured script and FAQ guidance to provide clear, consistent responses.
Capturing caller details accurately and escalating queries where necessary.
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards at all times.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to follow structured scripts and respond empathetically to sensitive situations.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable.
Access to a reliable internet connection, a headset and your own device (laptop or desktop).
