Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for customers and resolve their issues with minimal fuss
Own customer contacts and ensure issues are fully resolved
Provide empathetic and effective support to customers
Work efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications
Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to new situations and prioritize tasks effectively
Empathetic and customer-focused approach
Tech literate and able to use a laptop and other systems
UK resident over 18 with the right to work in the UK
