Role Summary
Provide night-shift customers support for US clients by handling queries, resolving basic issues, and escalating when required.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email/chat
- Log and update support tickets
- Resolve basic application issues
- Escalate complex issues to the Dev team
- Maintain clear shift handover notes
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Basic software/application knowledge
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts
Shift: Fixed night shifts (US time zones):
9:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
3:30 AM – 9:30 AM IST
This schedule includes Saturdays, Sundays, and other holidays. One week off will be provided after two weeks of continuous shifts.
