Work schedule from Monday to Friday within a team of 5 people

Language Required

French and English, good command

What You Will Do

Process all orders, inquiries, complaints and general information via telephone/email.

Ensure correct and complete encoding of customer orders in SAP by ensuring correct pricing and determining delivery dates based on product availability and customer wishes.

Manually process EDI orders that have gone into error.

Acquire product knowledge, business and technical knowledge to manage B2B customer relationships.

Manage and monitor a portfolio of French clients and their orders (regional division over 5 people) (Order to delivery.)

Coordinate customer complaints with after-sales service.

If you have experience in the following areas, this is an added advantage:

Experience in Customer Service, preferably in industry (minimum 5 years)

Good computer skills, including data entry

Work Environment: Ability to be effective under pressure and work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, responsive and rigorous.

Organizational skills.

Ability to communicate openly in writing and orally, share information and report to superior

Knowledge of SAP, ONE CRM Sales Force, WINDOWS tools;
