What you’ll do
- Be the voice of BloomNation: Provide friendly, efficient Tier 1 support to customers and floral partners via phone and email.
- Problem‑solve with a smile: Listen to inquiries, diagnose issues, and deliver helpful solutions.
- Escalate when necessary: Spot complex technical problems and route them to the engineering team.
- Advocate for users: Go the extra mile to ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding experience.
- Share insights: Spot trends and suggest improvements to boost support processes.
- Become a product expert: Help customers and partners get the most out of BloomNation’s platform to grow their businesses.
What You’ll Bring
