About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to assist parents, players, and supporters with day-to-day communication and coordination. This is a remote position that supports the administrative and event operations of the team.
What You’ll Do
- Answer calls, emails, and messages from families and sponsors
- Assist with player registration, schedules, and payments
- Help organize events, fundraisers, and tournaments
- Keep team records and databases up to date
- Support staff and coaches with administrative needs
