We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to customers on the UK market. The person in this role will serve as the main point of contact for our British clients, ensuring high-quality communication, quick response times, and professional product guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries from the United Kingdom via email, phone, and live chat.
- Providing detailed information about our products (saunas, hot tubs, home & garden items).
- Supporting customers throughout the order process, including payment and delivery assistance.
- Registering and resolving customer requests, complaints, and technical issues.
- Collaborating with the sales and logistics departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Building positive relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Updating information in CRM and other internal systems.
- Proactively identifying solutions and ensuring excellent customer service standards.
